Obituary

Bonnie F Shuster, residing in Ocala, Florida, was called home to be with our Lord, on January 3, 2025. She was 85 years old.

Bonnie was born in Erie, PA on November 16, 1939 to Clemens B Farver and Inez (Porter) Farver. She graduated from Springfield Township High School May 29th, 1957, and pursued a career in banking.

Bonnie was married to George C Shuster for 30 plus years. Although this relationship wasn’t permanent, they did have one child together, who they loved dearly.

She had many friends who loved her dearly and most stayed in touch throughout the years. She always had a smile and an uplifting word for all. She was very generous and thoughtful and there was never a family birthday that went by unnoticed. God was number 1 in her life and she attended church regularly for as long as she was able.

Bonnie is survived by her son George Shuster of Conneaut, Ohio and her niece Brenda Helgeland (Olson) whom she raised, of Ocala, Florida.

Two Grandchildren, Amanda Shuster and Cody Shuster, both of Conneaut, Ohio. Three great-grandchildren, Rylee, Braxon and Zayden, all from Conneaut, Ohio. She had many nieces and nephews whom she adored.

Bonnie is survived by her siblings Sylvia (Frank) Hallenbeck of Rochester, NY, Thomas (Phyllis) Farver of Davis, CA, Louise Huntley of Ft Worth, TX and Clem (Nancy) Farver of Pace, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents Clem, Inez, stepmother Phyllis and her brother Gary Farver, and daughter-in- law Lora Shuster.

Thank you for the memories. You always had a smile and a heartfelt welcome. I will always treasure the memories of the “GOODIES” (cookies and cakes) that you always baked and the times you took me swimming at Lake Erie.
Rest in peace Dear Aunt Bonnie. Love, Denise
