C. Mitchel Moore passed away on January 6, 2026, surrounded by love.

Mitchel was a free spirit, a devoted husband, and a deeply supportive father and grandfather. He lived life in his own way, with a soul that could not be confined and a heart that was always open to the people he loved. His family was his anchor, and his devotion to them never wavered.

As a husband, he was loyal and committed. As a father, he was present, encouraging, and endlessly proud of his children in ways that words could never fully capture. He believed in them, stood firmly behind them, and loved them fiercely.

As a grandfather, Mitchel found a joy that lit him from the inside out. His grandchildren—Madison, Elissa, Lexi, and Zachariah—were the light of his life. They brought him laughter, purpose, and a happiness that was unmistakable to anyone who saw him with them.

He was preceded in death by his son Cyle, though he endured the heartbreak of this loss his love for his children never wavered.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria; his children, Ashley, Gabby, Tabitha, and Caden; and his cherished grandchildren, who will carry his love, stories, and spirit forward.
