Obituary

Cynthia “Cindy” Chapman, 67, of Palm Harbor, FL went to be with The Lord, Wednesday, March 26. A loving Wife, Mother of 3, and Grandmother of 2, nothing made her happier than being in her family’s presence and providing for them. Cindy was a creative mind, a skilled seamstress, and unmatched in the kitchen. She spent her life serving others professionally, in her church, and in volunteer work. She achieved a lifelong Personal Goal and is a model of success for many. She was loved by many and will be missed.

She is survived by her husband, Larry; brother Kip Cadoret (Jennifer); sisters Candace Carter (Tom), and Constance Cadoret; son, Chris Chapman; daughters, Erin Carter (Austin), and Mary Kate Chapman; and grandchildren Noah Carter and Oliver Chapman-Walsh.

A Memorial Service will be held at Bayside Church of God, 3380 SR 580, Safety Harbor, at 11:00AM, Friday, April 11, 2025.

I've only known Larry personally and not Cindy so I can only speak of my experience knowing Larry and how much his wife and family has meant to him. My deepest condolences are with the Chapman family as they face this saddest of moments, as I can only imagine how much her presence will be missed.

I am forever grateful that I had the honor and privilege to know this wonderful lady. We shared a love of Christmas together. I loved always trying to keep up with her holiday joy. We also share the grandkids stories anf pictures every day we worked together.. What a heart full of love for her grandchildren and her family. My love and condolences go out to her family. She will be missed greatly. ❤️

I had a wonderful experience working with Cynthia, and I will always cherish the memories we created together at Ross. I admired the love she had for her grandchildren, and I will always remember the many pictures she shared with us. One special moment was when we made Oliver a custom employee badge, making him our number one employee. He was so proud of it because it looked just like his grandma's badge. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family. Rest in peace, Cynthia.
