Obituary
Domingo Santos, Jr., age 58, of Ocala, FL, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024, at his home in Ocala. Domingo was born in Brooklyn, NY to Domingo Sr. and Gloria Vasquez-Santos.
He worked at Capri Furniture for 19 years, and enjoyed collecting baseball cards since he was a child. He loved his New York Yankees and his collection of baseball memorabilia. His interests were Baseball and Football, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family. His favorite things were Spanish and Italian foods, music of all genres to include Marc Anthony and 70’s 80’s. He enjoyed singing and knew all the songs on the radio. Old T.V shows and movies were things he enjoyed watching in his pass time. He always looked forward to spending time with his kids and grandchildren. He was loved very much by everyone and will be missed dearly.
Everyone will remember him for his charming ways, his caring heart and how genuine he was. He was a joyful person, energetic, and loved joking and laughing with people. He was a great cook and loved to show off the presentation of his dishes. His sneaker collection was his favorite and something he loved to talk about.
Domingo is survived by his children, Domingo Santos III, Awilda Santos, and Joseph Santos. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren Brandon Elijah Santos, Amaya Jolee Santos, Aliyah Inez Santos, Odin Paul Wilson Santos, and Jordan Richard Santos. He is further survived by his siblings and many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by many friends.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024, 3:00PM at Baldwin Brothers Timber Ridge Chapel, 11250 SW 93rd Ct. Rd. Suite 300, Ocala, FL 34481. (352) 236-7813.
