Obituary
Janet Lynn Gaudioso passed away October 20th, 2021 at the age of 63 after a brief battle with Cervical Cancer. Originally a Staten Island native, she lived her life devoted to being a registered nurse for over 30 years, which she dreamed of becoming since her youth. She was adored by coworkers and patients alike because of her dedication of providing exemplary care to those who were in need. Although Janet never asked for help for herself, she excelled in her job she went above and beyond to those in need. When Janet was not at work, she enjoyed gardening and loved animals. When she was younger she was an avid video gamer, which she passed that love to her beloved son Andrew Gaudioso. She was also skilled at sewing, quilting, and painting. Her skills weren’t only limited to the arts, but she also was quite the handy-woman who could trouble shoot and fix almost anything. She will be sorely missed by her family.
Janet is survived by her parents, Richard and Jean Reebe as well as her younger siblings Caryl O’Connor (Husband Kevin), Gordon Reebe (Wife Janine), and Linda Butterline. Beloved mother of her three children, Elise Gaudioso-Vaughn (Husband Brian Vaughn), Andrew Gaudioso, and Jessica Gaudioso. Cherished grandmother of Hunter Vaughn. Precious Aunt to Hannah, William, and Jacob Butterline; James Reebe; and Kelly, Kyle, and Kimberly O’Connor.
A gathering will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 5-7 pm with a memorial service to follow at 7 pm, located at Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, 1008 Bichara Blvd., The Villages, FL 32159.
