Janice Elaine O’Neal Larkins, age 74, of Ponce Inlet, Florida peacefully passed away January 3, 2026, at her home.

Janice was born on June 23, 1951, in Nashville, TN to Lacy and Corinne O’Neal. In 1969 she graduated from Antioch High School in Antioch, TN. In 1984 she met Steve Larkins, the love of her life who she married in February 1985. Janice enjoyed many years working in the hospitality industry. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining and traveling with her husband.

Janice is survived by her husband, Steve Larkins, of Ponce Inlet, FL; her son, Jamie Rychen, of Smyrna, TN; her brother Rick O’Neal, and sister Vickie Mears. She is preceded in death by her parents Lacy and Corinne O’Neal, of Smyrna, TN; her daughter, Susan Larkins, of Franklin, TN; and her sister Meleia O’Neal of Smryna, TN.
