Mary Susan Stier, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away

peacefully on October 4, 2024 at the age of 85. Born on September 29, 1939 in

Syracuse, New York, Mary was the cherished daughter of Charles Josiah

Harvey Langley and Ruth Elizabeth Cook.

Mary was known for her positive traits, kindness, generosity, sense of humor,

and she touched the lives of everyone she met. She dedicated her life to being

a stay at home mom playing tennis and traveling. Mary was especially

passionate about her interests, she loved spoiling her grandchildren, and she

spent countless hours working in the yard.

She is survived by her Husband Arthur Stier, Sister Linda Kaczmarek, Children Christopher, Stier and Donald Stier, Grandchildren Alichia Webb, Shelby Jackson, Amanda Stier, Christopher Stier II, Whittney Zackery, Travis Zackery and Karen Zackery.

All will forever cherish her memory.

Mary was preceded in death by her father Charles Langley, her mother Ruth Cook, her brothers Henry Langley and Bob Thater.

A celebration of Mary’s life will to be determined, at a later date.

Mary’s warmth, love, and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her

strength and love were the cornerstones of our family, and her memory will forever

be cherished. Though her absence leaves a profound void, we find comfort in the

countless beautiful moments we shared with her.
