I remember his joy, his laughter, his smile. I am weeping at his loss. The world lost a beautiful person. I remember his diamond, the one I found snagged to his sweater. … forever G-DS angel, and a gifted musician , who forever loved his only son. May you rest in Peace.

We reconnected back in 2021 with Mike after leaving Fort Meyers during our Thanksgiving holiday, we stopped by his house to visit with him. He cooked us a wonderful meal, we sat and laughed while reminiscing about family and all the great times we all had.

Mike was always so jovial, he loved talking about his family and you could see the pride in his face when he told his stories. We always loved hearing them, especially when he would talk Italian describing them all.

After that visit we kept in touch with him frequently and visited as often as we could.

No matter what Mike’s body was going thru and the pain he was in, he always welcomed us to his home with a big smile and a warm hug.

Robert and I cherish the last 3 years we got to spend with him.

    Ti amiamo e ci mancherai!

    Robert and Ilsa
