My conversations with Molly were always inspiring, supportive and up-lifting.
I am certain that others have experienced the same. Her courage to being
vulnerable, especially as she facilitated RLF sessions, invited all into deeper
reflection and rich sharing. May her spirit of kindness and strength continue
to be with us.
One memory that stands out for me was during the 2019 RLF class, where I had gotten a bit distracted and found myself on my phone. Out of nowhere, I heard Molly’s voice ring across the room, calling me out in front of everyone. My first thought was, “Oh no, Mom is mad!” But, true to her character, Molly came over afterward to apologize for raising her voice. I immediately reassured her, telling her that she was absolutely right to hold me accountable, and that I genuinely appreciated the reminder to stay focused. It was a perfect example of her leadership style—direct, thoughtful, and with a deep respect for honesty and growth.
Molly’s ability to challenge us while also showing compassion is what made her such an impactful trainer and mentor. She never shied away from tough conversations, but always did so with grace and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Her influence will stay with me forever.
Molly, you will be deeply missed. Your legacy of kindness, wisdom, and leadership will continue to inspire all of us who had the privilege of knowing you.
You were an integral part of my RLF journey in 2018. You had a way of sensing things and were extremely emphatic. Your knowledge, life experience and strength in the face of challenges/limitations (both mental and physical) were an example to us all. Your legacy will live on in the numerous lives you have touched/impacted. You will truly be missed by us all!
You were beautiful inside and out. When you walked into a room the energy level lifted. You were admired and appreciated by all who worked with you, learned from you, laughed with you, shared with you, and were inspired by you. It was a pleasure working together at SIM and hearing about your incredible travel adventures around the world. You swelled with pride when you shared stories of your children and were the voice of reason when advising others dealing with challenging business scenarios. I'm so glad we reconnected when my husband and I moved to Baldwin Park and were able to visit together on sunny afternoons on the porch.
Your spirit and zest for life will always be remembered and will live on through in the many, many lives you touched during yours.
Diane
You were a loving and loyal sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, compassionate friend, dedicated business leader and wise mentor to so many of your family, friends, business associates and students.
We must now endure Molly's passing and continue with our lives without her; to never again hear her sweet voice, her beautiful laughter or to learn from her wise counsel.
She would ask that we not grieve over her death but to commemorate her life and to cherish our families and close friends. Molly would ask that we do so with LOVE.
Sweet Molly-girl we all love and miss you so much. Later, we'll miss your even more.
May your many Angels herald your arrival to your final home.
