Obituary
Patricia (Patti) Sue Martin of Ormond Beach passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Patti was born in Johnson City, Tennessee, on November 17, 1940. She was the daughter of Frank E Martin Sr and Esther Woody Martin.
Patti attended Science Hill High school in Johnson City, Tennessee. She relocated to the Daytona area in the mid 1960’s, where she attended Daytona State College.
Patti was a hairdresser in the Daytona area for approximately 20 years. When she retired from hair, she took up medical billing and worked in this field for over 20 years. Patti relocated back to the Johnson City area for about 20 years. After retiring, she moved back to Ormond Beach in 2009.
Patti loved the mountains and also taking long walks at the waters edge on the beach. She was the life of the party, and she lived life to the fullest. Patti was a wonderful mom and grandmother.
Patti came from a very large extended family with 11 aunts and uncles from the Woody side of the family and has too many cousins to count. She had one cousin that was like a sister to her, Margaret Duggar, from the Johnson City area.
Remaining to cherish Patti’s memory are her daughters, Rebecca Martin and Linda Seyboldt (Jim), and grandchildren, Jessica Graham (Jason Blanning) and Joshua Graham. She is also survived by her brothers, Frank E Martin Jr and James N Martin (Laura), many nieces, nephews and so many cousins.
The family will have a private Visitation. There will be a private interment in Johnson City.
