To my dearly beloved cousin, Paul. I should have reached out to you. I was talking to Sandy Field, 8/26, and I told her I still had your email address from a long time ago, and I was going to give it a try. Who knew that 2 days later you would be gone. I'm so sorry you are no longer with us. We used to be such a close family and I have so many good memories of those days gone by. We later realized you were only 2 yrs. older than me when you stayed with me when Mom and Dad went out for the evening. You taught me how to play cards and I don't remember who really won at Checkers! I remember well the time you took Larry and I to the Carnival where Montpelier High is now. We had candy apples, cotton candy and I don't remember what else, but then you took us to get Banana Splits!
I stayed overnight at Aunt Laura's and in the night, Larry got up, sleep-walking and wandering around. Aunt Laura asked him what he was doing - his reply - "I'm looking for a place to eat something, do you mind"? You'll be in the family lot, right next to my Mom and Dad, so I will see you.
