I will never forget our time together. You were always my unofficial little brother! I wouldn't trade a second of our shenanigans for anything in the world, nor will I forget a single second of our time together! Still your gingerbread!

I only knew you for less than a year, but whenever you messaged me you always put a smile on my face. I'll miss our banter and talking trash with you, and I'll always wish we had more time, as this loss weighs heavy on my heart. I hope you're happy in the afterlife, while we look forward to meeting you again. <3

You were someone who was very clearly passionate about the things you loved, and the work you created. You made a lot of people smile and feel joy. And you made the world that much brighter. I hope that you are at peace.

My condolences to everyone that was close to Robert.

While I only ever knew Robert online, after six years he became a real brother to me. Despite all the playful teasing back and forth, he was always there for me. He was probably one of the few people, the few friends, I knew I could be fully honest with without a fear of losing their friendship. Such a quality is super rare these days, and it was a sentiment I know went both ways. I'm going to miss his teasing, and his dark and offensive sense of humor. I'm going to miss grumbling about medical issues with him, or laughing at ridiculous online videos together. I'm going to miss getting previews of his stories despite not being into them, and telling him despite that his writing was still stellar. Just playing video games with him...I'm going to miss so much that it's hard to fit it all in a single entry...

I really wish we'd gotten to meet in person one day...and maybe we will somewhere beyond this life.

    I love you Rob,
Rest in peace my dearest brother and friend.

    -Aaron

Psalm 34:18 “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
Psalm 73:26 “My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever.” Matthew 5:4 “Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.”

I remember Bob's bear hugs! And I believe, in my recipe box, I still have the recipe he wrote for, 'how to make a sundae' when he was about 10. ❤️

So sorry you guys are going through this. Praying for your comfort.

I didn't know you very long but you always made me smile and laugh. I'm sorry you had to suffer so much in this life but at least you're not in pain any more. I'll miss you.
