Scott Fenner, passed away peacefully On October 23, 2024, in Port Orange, Florida. Born on June 15, 1962, Scott touched the lives of many during his remarkable journey that spanned 62 years.
Scott was known for his warm heart and infectious smile. He leaves behind his loving wife, Mary Fenner, whom he married on February 28, 1981, in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Together, they created a beautiful life filled with joy, adventure, and an unbreakable bond. He also leaves behind his devoted mother, Pauline Fenner, sister Karen Fenner, who he shared many joyful memories and adventures. He was preceded in death by his father, David Fenner, and his brother, David Fenner Jr., both of whom held a special place in his heart.
Scott was a proud father to his three daughters: Allison (Fenner)Tardy, Crystal (Fenner)Fortier, Sarah Fenner, who is partnered with Paul Noriega Jr. His love extended to his grandchildren, Daymien and Daya Joy Noriega, who brought immense joy to his life.
A dedicated serviceman, Scott honorably served in the National Guard of Rhode Island for 18 years, achieving the rank of E5. His military service not only showcased his commitment to his country but also instilled a deep sense of discipline and camaraderie that he carried with him throughout.
Scott’s enthusiasm for life extended beyond his career. He was an avid traveler and found immense joy in cruising on Carnival, where he proudly held a platinum card. His love for cooking was evident in the countless new recipes he created, showcasing his creativity in the kitchen. An artist at heart, Scott enjoyed drawing, painting, and working with ceramics. He also had a penchant for riding motorcycles and often frequented local bars, relishing in good times with friends.
Though he may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Scott Fenner’s legacy of love, laughter, and creativity will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to have crossed his path.
Rest in peace, Scott. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
